I’m Mena Canonico, founder of DARE TO BE REAL Coaching & Consulting. My mission is to empower struggling teenage girls and women to KNOW, LOVE & BE who they REALLY are so they can emerge as confident, authentic leaders.

I help teenage girls and women of all ages see their value/worth and assist them to step into their power to claim their brilliance. The most effective and exciting way to do this is to offer the experience of being in the presence of horses – powerful partners/healers/teachers – and allow them to begin to access their own wisdom, intuition, courage and power.

Having spent most of my life believing I wasn’t lovable (really, what’s not to love?), somehow ‘not good enough’ and not worthy, I understand how painful and exhausting these assumptions can be. And I can help free you from the self-limiting illusions so you can lead from heart and create a life of joy and fulfillment.
